I’m clueless what happened to Box Office Mojo the past few days that I couldn’t get into the box office details of the movies showing recently. But anyway, they’re back and we’re back to unravel the box office sales of Star Cinema’s A Moment In Time movie. Still showing, the movie which reunited the Phenomenal Walang Hanggan love team Coco Martin and Julia Montes raked P34.85 million in the box office. It ranked as second on its first 5 days beating newly released films such as the Nicholas Sparks romance film ‘Safe Haven’ and Denzel Washington piloted ‘Flight’ movie.

On top of this weekend box office tally is Bruce Willis’ muscled action ‘A Good Day to Die Hard’ which grossed P45.30 million also on its first week. In third place is the zombie romance flick Warm Bodies on its third week and Star Cinema distributed Jackie Chan movie Chinese Zodiac placed 5th with a 3-weeks gross of P89.57 million. Completing the top 10 are Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters which earned P4.27-M this week, Del Toro’s Mama with P1.6-M, the still showing ‘The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey’ with an all-time P136-Million in an unexpected 10 weeks journey and finally, Bullet to the Head with only P141,620.

Back to A Moment In Time movie houses were full after the movie won the hearts of those who have already seen it.

With the film’s beautiful narrative and string of ‘kilig’ scenes–particularly the much-talked-about kissing scenes of Coco and Julia that turned fans wild in the movie houses–many of those who saw it still go back to cinemas to re-witness the sweet moments of the two.
